Soxhlet Extractor 2" for flavouring beverages

Made of AISI 304 food grade stainless steel.

The Soxhlet extractor is used for quick preparation of extracts from various raw materials and quick flavouring of beverages. It allows extracting the maximum amount of the required substance from solid or liquid raw materials.

The working principle of the Soxhlet extractor is the cyclic, continuous extraction - a process of constant contact between the extracted and the solvent.
Namely: vapours evaporating through the side tube (side outlet) are directed to the deflegmator, where the condensation process takes place. The resulting product flows into the extractor, where the multiple dissolution process of the aromatic components takes place.
