MMC SK 3", length 375 mm, with a phlegm centering device, is a modern multi-tube multilayer column designed for efficient rectification and obtaining a high-purity final product. The design is engineered to maximise heat and mass transfer and ensure stable operation of the rectification system.

In contrast with standard MMCs with smooth tubes 1 mm thick, the SK model is equipped with 18 sylphon tubes just 0.2 mm thick and 360 mm long. Due to the corrugated surface, the heat exchange area is increased by 33%, and the reduced wall thickness ensures more intensive heat and mass transfer and significantly improves the column’s efficiency.
Another advantage is the built-in phlegm centering device, which prevents phlegm from entering the steam channels and directs it strictly to the central part of the unit. This contributes to more stable column operation, improves fraction separation and enhances the quality of the final product.
At present, the MMC SK, with its unique design, functionality and price point, has no analogues on the distillation equipment market.
